If this is a first-time request, we ask that you share some information about the patient. A member of the Moorestown Psychiatry team will review your information to ensure that we can meet your medical needs and ensure our practice approach aligns with your expectations.

Where do you see patients?Dr. Kapoor is licensed to practice in the states of New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Virginia. For in-person visits, the office location is: 128 Borton Landing Road, Suite 2, Moorestown, NJ 08057 We also offer telehealth services, which allows for a combination of convenience and effective treatment.

Will my insurance cover my visit?Moorestown Psychiatry and Dr. Kapoor are considered an out-of-network physician provider, meaning the practice does not participate in insurance plans or accept Medicare or Medicaid directly.

What is your cancellation policy?Your appointment time is specifically reserved for you. If you believe you are unable to keep an appointment, please call at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled time. If you fail to do so, we need to charge you the full appointment fee. Emergencies are excluded at the discretion of the practice.
